The Chaotic Mind

Exploring the Inspiration, exertion, and Mayhem Behind the Work

Hi! I’m Jen, a training and development leader with over 15 years of experience in research-supported curriculum development and professional learning experiences. I have a strong portfolio and track record of delivering results-driven, engaging, and effective training sessions using a variety of learning methodologies and modalities.

My Doctorate of Education is in Instructional Leadership, focusing on Curriculum and Instruction. The expertise I gained through attaining my doctorate and many years in the PK-12 classroom, providing professional development, evaluating programs, and leading change, allows me to approach problems from various perspectives.

As an accomplished education consultant, program director, program coordinator, trainer, and presenter, I have developed tailored professional development to equip educators with the skills to advance student learning, resulting in invitations to state, national, and international conferences.

II have developed over 200 hours of instructional content for educators, using immersive approaches incorporating multiple methodologies and learning principles to reach diverse audiences.

n my personal life, I am “mommy” to 5 incredible kids who challenge my thinking daily. I love spending time outdoors with my family, particularly in the park. I am an avid reader of young adult literature, constantly seeking new stories and perspectives to broaden my understanding of the world.

Mistakes are an opportunity for growth, and I will always encourage those around me to take risks and learn from their experiences.

Thank you for visiting my website, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or are interested in working together.
